Are you specialists in any particular field?

We specialise in Resume writing, not a particular industry. Our Resumes have been successfully used by a range of people from a variety of backgrounds and industries including Accountancy and Finance, Banking, IT, Construction and Property, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Education, Healthcare and many more. Our objective is to provide you with a top quality, specifically targeted Resume that highlights your competencies and emphasises your achievements, regardless of industry type. How do you gather information?

You will be asked to complete our online form or if your Resume has been ordered via another method we will ask you to complete a questionaire via email. We also find the information on any previous resumes very helpful and you can either email us the document or upload it as you complete the online form. We then arrange a telephone, or Skype interview to discuss your exact requirements in more detail.

How long will it take for my Resume to be completed?

Our standard Resume service is 5 working days, however this can be subject certain variables. One of our resume consultants will be in touch within 24-36 hours of your order being made. You will receive a first draft of your resume in approximately 2-4 working days and from there it is your responsibility to review the information and provide any comments/feedback or inclusions that you wish to make. Once this information is received these amendments will generally be made within 24 hours. If you require our Express Service (3 working days) an additional charge of $50 will apply; Premium Service (1 working day) an additional charge of $100 will apply (these services are subject to consultant availability)

Is it necessary to have more than one Resume for different positions to be applied for?

This is realistically based on how different the positions are. If your skill sets are broad or you have experience in multiple industries and are exploring a range of options in all these areas then it may be advantageous for you to have a number of Resumes that focus on different skill areas. In the event that you require more than one resume we will charge a negotiable fee based on how much work is involved in re, arranging the original resume. If you are going to be staying in similar industry or position then you will be able to utilise the one Resume for many applications with very few changes required. In this case we are able to help you with this process as many times as is needed for a small charge. This will vary from person to person depending on the extent of the changes.
